We want every Eleven Twenty Studio order to feel special from the moment it arrives.

Each piece is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged before leaving us.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock retail orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

During new collection launches, holidays, promotions, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If additional time is needed, we will do our best to communicate that with you.

Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.

How will my order ship?

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow additional time for the carrier to scan and update your tracking information after your shipping confirmation is received.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

Eleven Twenty Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Returns

We hope you love your Eleven Twenty Studio purchase. If something is not quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review your request.

To be eligible for consideration for a return, merchandise must be:

Unused and in its original condition
Free from damage, writing, stains, or wear
Returned in its original packaging when applicable

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, any applicable refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow your financial institution additional processing time for the refund to appear.

Final Sale Items

Sale, clearance, and final-sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We take great care when preparing your order, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your name
Order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and packaging when applicable

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Please keep the original product and packaging until your claim has been resolved, as photographs or additional information may be required.

MISSING ITEMS

If an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the item that was not included.

We will review your order and shipment details and help resolve the issue.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our direct control.

If your tracking shows that your package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking around your delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and with the shipping carrier.

If you are still unable to locate your order, contact us and we will help determine the next appropriate step.

Eleven Twenty Studio is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we are always happy to help you investigate a delivery issue.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We begin preparing orders as quickly as possible.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but orders that have already entered fulfillment or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

GIFTS

Our products make beautiful gifts, but at this time we do not offer personalized gift messages or gift notes with orders.

Pricing information is not typically included inside the product packaging unless required as part of the order documentation.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

At this time, Eleven Twenty Studio does not offer custom or personalized products through our retail website.

PRODUCT COLOR & VARIATIONS

We make every effort to represent our products accurately online.

Please keep in mind that colors can appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and photography.

Because many Eleven Twenty Studio products feature artwork, natural materials, specialty papers, textiles, printing processes, or handcrafted elements, slight variations in color, texture, placement, finish, or appearance may occur.

These subtle differences are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

The policies on this page apply to retail purchases made through Eleven Twenty Studio.

Wholesale orders are subject to separate wholesale terms, including order minimums, payment terms, shipping, cancellations, damages, and returns.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability will be shown at checkout when available.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to Eleven Twenty Studio.

International delivery times may vary significantly depending on destination and customs processing.
